なぜ！拳法会では、Osu!（押忍）と挨拶するのでしょうか？

なぜ！拳法会では、Osu!（押忍）と挨拶するのでしょうか？ 

　それは、名城大学剣道部の挨拶がOsu!（押忍）であり名城大学剣道部師範の加藤治祐先生は、1905年設立の大日本武徳会武道専門学校（武専）出身であったからです。武専の挨拶は、Osu!（押忍）であった。大橋千秋は、浅井隆夫、朝倉邦夫と共に1939年に名古屋工業高等学校に入学そのとき名城大学を卒業して剣道部の師範となった長嶺耕史先生に師事を受けた事から挨拶は、押忍（Osu)になり1942年に長嶺耕史先生が加藤治祐先生に話をし名城大学に入学稽古したことから押忍（Osu)が拳法会の挨拶となった。

Why! Do we greet with Osu! in Kenpo Kai?

That's because the greeting used by the Meijo University Kendo Club is Osu!, and Kato Jisuke, the instructor of the Meijo University Kendo Club, graduated from the Dai Nippon Butokukai Martial Arts College (Busen), which was founded in 1905. The greeting at Busen was Osu! Ohashi Chiaki entered Nagoya Technical High School in 1939, and studied under Nagamine Koji, who had graduated from Meijo University and become the instructor of the Kendo Club, so the greeting became Osu! In 1942, Nagamine Koji spoke to Kato Jisuke and the two trained at Meijo University, and Osu became the greeting of Kenpo Kai.
